These studies provide in-depth insight into trends in the mining sector and help our clients anticipate and adapt to changes in the industry.

Experiences

The study evaluated the implementation of Integral Operation Centers (CIOs) in the Chilean mining industry, using an exploratory/descriptive approach. Variables such as years of operation, type of CIO, critical factors and human resource management were analyzed using questionnaires and interviews. The results highlighted the fundamental role of the human factor in the success of the CIO, followed by the importance of technology and processes. Strategic location and communication links were key aspects, along with a clear operating model and defined roles. However, these elements are influenced by the human factor.

We conducted a comprehensive market study of women's participation in the mining industry. Our methodology included internal and external benchmarking and group interviews. We analyzed all operations across the country to identify gaps and provide recommendations for improving inclusion.
