This initiative consists of our active participation in the People at the Center program, where we assess our performance against best practices in human rights and sustainability. In addition, we keep abreast of other organizations' actions and policies on various issues related to this approach. This interaction allows us to learn, adapt and continuously improve our practices to ensure that we are aligned with the highest standards of human rights and sustainability.

This initiative is focused on optimizing our performance in the critical dimensions of “RightsHuman Rights and Business” and ‘People and Labor’ as part of the annual diagnostic conducted by Accion Empresas. In this comprehensive assessment, we analyzed our operation in relation to the standards established to protect human rights, foster a fair working environment and promote ethical business practices.
Human Rights and Business: We are committed to identifying and addressing any potential negative human rights impacts related to our operations. This involves assessing our impact in areas such as non-discrimination, and workplace and sexual harassment. We implement corrective and preventive measures to ensure that our actions respect and promote human rights at all stages of our value chain.
