{"id":2227,"date":"2023-07-07T11:09:00","date_gmt":"2023-07-07T15:09:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vantaz.com\/?p=2227"},"modified":"2024-04-10T00:58:57","modified_gmt":"2024-04-10T04:58:57","slug":"encuentro-insight-oportunidades-y-desafios-del-agua-de-mar-en-la-mineria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/vantaz.com\/en\/2023\/07\/07\/encuentro-insight-oportunidades-y-desafios-del-agua-de-mar-en-la-mineria\/","title":{"rendered":"Women in Mining\" 2023 study to report on equity, motivation, and equal opportunities for women in mining"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:26px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>The survey gathers the perception of both women and men in the mining sector regarding the gaps and opportunities for women in the industry.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:26px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Vantaz Group, together with RIM Chile, Spencer Stuart and Acci\u00f3n Empresas, with the sponsorship of Compromiso Minero, launch the sixth version of the study Mujer en Miner\u00eda 2023, which seeks to evaluate the perception and effectiveness of policies for the inclusion of women in mining.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:26px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Year after year, this survey allows us to gather and compare perceptions on the participation and development of women in mining, considering four dimensions: labor motivation, salary equity, professional development and options to assume leadership roles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:26px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The objective of the study is to understand the current stage in which women are inserted in the mining sector, in order to contribute to the conversation on gender equity and to promote measures in favor of diversity in the national mining industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:26px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The results will be released at the end of August.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:26px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Answer the survey at the following link:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/es.research.net\/r\/6toEstudioMyM2023\">https:\/\/es.research.net\/r\/6toEstudioMyM2023<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El sondeo recoge la percepci\u00f3n tanto de mujeres como hombres del sector minero respecto de las brechas y oportunidades para las mujeres en la industria.
