Carlos is an Industrial Engineer from the University of Lima, Peru, with a Specialization Diploma in Supply Chain (CPM) and Logistics from ESAN-Peru; Diploma from the Advanced Management Program for Senior Executives from the Catholic University of Chile and one in Mining Business Management from the Adolfo Ibáñez University, also from Chile, as well as a Diploma in Management with Leadership in INCAE-Costa Rica
Carlos has been in positions of managerial responsibility for over 20 years, in the areas of supply chain & logistics, administration, and expert consulting for leading businesses in Peru, and other countries in South America, both in the manufacturing, and mining sectors.
Having worked in Greenfield megaprojects, such as the Antamina – Peru and Spence – Chile, from the project phase until the commercial operation, implementing areas and integral service for Supply Chain and Logistics from the beginning, added to the leadership in process optimization and important cost-reduction methodologies, provide Carlos with valuable experience and multicultural expertise, leading multidisciplinary teams that generate a positive high impact in the business, particularly in Corporate Companies.
