Vantaz is growing in several areas. International expansion continues with the opening of new operations abroad, in addition to the incorporation of Vanessa Collao and Rodolfo C\u00e1ceres as partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

As of December 1, the Vantaz Group Steering Committee will have two new members. The Senior Manager of Sustainability, Vanessa Collao, and the Senior Manager of Operational Technology, Rodolfo C\u00e1ceres, both professionals with extensive experience in the company, will join.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Vannesa Collao has extensive experience in sustainability for mining. She has worked for twenty years in strategic analysis and management of safety, health, environmental and community projects. Rodolfo C\u00e1ceres has managed, for more than fifteen years, technology projects and complex problem solving in engineering, business and mining infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Vantaz Group's purpose will be reinforced with the contribution of the new partners, in terms of being an ally for process optimization, strategic transformation and technologization of one of the most relevant industries in the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Foreign expansion<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Vantaz will open in the Canadian mining market with an office in Toronto. There, projects will be developed for the provinces of Saskatchewan, Quebec and Manitoba, among others. This expansion comes after the consolidation of operations in Peru and Australia, and after serving Panama from Chile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOur purpose is to be the best consulting team in strategic and technological transformation in the mining industry\u201d, says Mauro Mezzano, Co CEO Vantaz, who also indicates that the \u201cgoal is to be present where mining is important, that is countries such as South Africa, Mexico, Brazil, Ecuador and the United States\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Regarding the Canadian market, Juan Cariamo, Co CEO, said that this expansion \u201cis challenging because we are entering a tremendously demanding market and, in that sense, our experience has been fundamental, both abroad and in Chile, where for more than twenty years we have been working hand in hand with the most important mining companies in the world\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Regarding the challenges involved in this new venture, both partners said that they have already proven the \u201cVantaztic seal\u201d of doing things, of setting up offices with development perspectives, making local knowledge available and having a shared services area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
