Advising on organisational design that aligns to corporate strategy, including setting KPTs and KPIs to maximise performance. This is one of the main areas of focus within the Human Capital team within Vantaz. The team evaluates the current HR organisation and through executive interviews and application of lean methodologies, quickly conducts a gap analysis, highlighting structural and functional opportunities based on best practices in that particular industry.
We advise and help implement any changes in the organisational design in a complete end-to-end outcome based approach, including necessary change management and alignment to corporate strategy. The end result is a robust organisation, aligned to functional requirements with seamless reporting and working structures.
