In 2020, we took a step beyond our previous achievements and began to explore and understand sustainability as an integral approach to ensuring a viable and sustainable future. Based on a detailed analysis of our organizational context and our long-term goals, we formalized our sustainability strategy for the coming years.
Today, our work plan is built under 7 pillars: Corporate Responsibility, DEI, People at the Center, Social Action, Vantaz Spirit, Associations Afiliation and Compliance.
This comprehensive strategy is our commitment to a sustainable future and is the foundation on which we build our path to operational excellence and sustainable transformation of the mining industry.
