We are happy to have met again!
The first meeting of the Alumni Vantaz community was a great success. More than forty alumni and alumni of Vantaz attended the meeting, which was held at the Hotel Bidasoa.
In an atmosphere of joy and fraternity, the first face-to-face activity of the Vantaz Alumni, this year's initiative was launched by Vantaz Group's Co CEOs, Mauro Mezzano and Juan Cariamo, with the aim of reconnecting with the company's former employees and generating community.
In this context, Mauro Mezzano noted that "today we are very happy to meet physically. We hope that this will be an activity that we will hopefully maintain in the future". He also did not hide his joy that the Vantáztico seal is still present in the former collaborators, "it is very nice to see that those who have passed on are still connected with our way of doing things".
The evening was also an opportunity to highlight Claudio Lemus, current Operations and Compliance Assistant Manager, who has been with Vantaz Group for more than 20 years and has developed his professional career with the company.
During 2023, the idea of the Vantaz Alumni began to take shape, and although it has been a great challenge, it has allowed this community to get back in touch with each other. And, most importantly, it shows that the Vantaz culture is still alive despite the years and the distance.
The emotion of the day can be seen in the words of Pía Silva, a Vantaz alumni, who said that "seeing that your former colleagues are in such good positions and in such good companies makes you proud, because it shows that Vantaz works with very good talent". For his part, Daniel Pérez, a Vantaz alumnus, expressed his gratitude for the bonds he generated during his time at Vantaz Group "those who invite you, it is because they recognize that you left something beyond the work, that is, in people".
After this successful first meeting, during 2024 the Vantaz Alumni will continue to keep in touch through quarterly newsletters and also through some activities that are already being organized.
