Our Sustainability Strategy and the "Vantáztico" Spirit
The Vantaztic Connection (TVC) sessions are intimate meetings with a small group of "Vantázticos/Vantázticas, inviting them to enjoy a pleasant moment led by a partner of the company and supported by representatives of the employee team. During these sessions, the company's growth strategy and sustainability plan are closely communicated.
The importance of our organizational culture is reinforced, emphasizing the need for the active participation of everyone in the various activities we develop. In this space, an open and participative dialogue is encouraged, giving room for the expression of ideas, the resolution of doubts and the reception of any comments or complaints. The Vantaztic Connection is designed to be a vital channel for constant feedback, promoting collaboration and building a sustainable work environment together.
Welcome
The "Welcome" meetings begin to fulfill their purpose from the moment we welcome the new "Vantázticos" and "Vantázticas" in their first days at the company. These meetings, led by the Culture and People team, are attended by representatives of the different departments and one of the company's partners.
The primary goal is to provide newcomers with a comprehensive vision of our style, our culture, and the central role that sustainability plays in our business strategy. From their first moments on the team, we want new members to understand our vision for the future, the challenges we face today and, most importantly, the collaborative spirit that defines our organization.
Vantáztico Wellness
The main objective of the "Vantáztico Wellness" initiative is to support and encourage Vantázticos and Vantázticas to invest their time in healthy practices. To achieve this, we have implemented a benefit for our entire team: access to the Betterfly application. Through this platform, employees accumulate "Bettercoins" by adopting healthy habits, which they can then donate to social causes, while strengthening their life insurance.
This action allows each employee to actively contribute to initiatives such as planting trees, donating drinking water, and fighting child malnutrition, among other important causes. In this way, our organization has a constant impact on society and promotes a better world through its daily actions.
In addition, we have created teams that coordinate sports activities and invite their colleagues to participate in these spaces that promote physical activity and wellness.
Vantázticas Tribes
The purpose of Tribes is to provide a relaxed and casual environment for colleagues to socialize away from work. Tribes are funded by the company.
The tribes are led by an ambassador who is responsible for coordinating activities and motivating his tribe to get together and have a good time. This instance seeks to replace the interactions lost through telecommuting and create bonds of friendship.
Vantáztico Campus
The launch of the Vantáztico Campus was conceived with the fundamental objective of creating the environment and systems necessary for the continuous learning of "Vantázticos" and "Vantázticas". To realize this vision, we implemented the BUK play, platform, which offers audiovisual capsules designed for our team to acquire new tools and develop key skills.
To broaden participation in the courses, the bipartite training committee conducted a training needs analysis. Based on this analysis, specific courses were selected within the platform, and training curricula were designed and widely disseminated among the teams.
